5E Resources to Delist From Singapore Exchange After Shareholder Payout

5E Resources (SGX:NLC) will delist from the Singapore Exchange effective Wednesday after confirming that ll entitled shareholders have received their scheme consideration, according to a Monday filing with the bourse.

The delisting follows a series of regulatory and shareholder approvals. In a previous announcement, 5E Resources said it had obtained court approval to convene a shareholder meeting regarding the proposed acquisition.

This acquisition, proposed by GreenEdge, excluded treasury shares and shares held by GreenEdge's concert party group.
