据efinancialcareers消息，高盛计划在未来几个月进行另一轮裁员。

预计裁员将在5月份进行。据消息人士称，高盛正在计划进行另一轮裁员，影响 3-5%的员工。

裁员是高盛对表现不佳的员工进行的标准年度裁员。近年来，高盛每年都会在第三季度进行裁员。上一轮年度裁员发生在2024年9月。

高盛的一位发言人表示：“与其他银行一样，这是我们正常的年度人才管理流程的一部分。我们不对任何一年的具体情况发表评论。”

通过5月份裁员，高盛正在恢复COVID之前的时间表。它还给自己更多时间在年底前计划和执行裁员。

有未经证实的迹象表明，中层人员将受到最大影响。

截止2024年底，高盛的员工人数为4.65万人，较2023年底增加2.6%。
