智通财经APP获悉，统一企业中国(00220)涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.86%，报8.34港元，成交额2765.98万港元。
消息面上，统一企业中国将于3月5日（ 本周三）举行董事会会议，以（其中包括）批准公司及其附属公司截至2024年12月31日止的年度业绩公布及考虑建议派发股息（如有）。中银国际研报指出，预计公司上季核心净利润同比增7%。整体而言，去年下半年的财报应与之前的指引一致，饮料与食品的销售额料同比分别增10%及3%，经营利润率预计同比增0.6个百分点至7%。
中金则表示，预计公司2024年收入同比增长6.2%，净利润18.5亿元，同比增长11.1%，扣非净利润（23年剔除1Q一次性收益）同比增长31.2%，对应单4Q净利润2.2亿元，同比增长8%，与市场预期基本一致。中长期看，该行认为饮料行业较好景气度有望利好业绩持续成长，此外考虑面行业格局相对稳定及竞对利润诉求增强，认为统一面的利润率同比亦有望改善。
