公司委聘中银国际信托(香港)有限公司(中银国际信托)为受托人，自2025年3月3日起生效，取代将自2025年3月3日不再作为受托人的中银国际英国保诚信托有限公司(中银国际英国保诚)，且公司与中银国际信托已于2025年3月3日签立信托契据。
