观点网讯：近日，润地管理成功中标嘉兴市嘉善中新智能制造产业园及附属工程全过程工程咨询服务。
嘉善中新智能制造产业园及附属工程项目位于嘉善县中新嘉善现代产业园的智能制造区内，总投资约39.85亿元，总建筑面积约57.8万㎡，总占地面积约30.43公顷，分为两个地块建设。
该项目通过打造新型产业示范基地，旨在落实嘉善县在长三角一体化发展中的战略定位，强化政府引导作用，充分整合浙江省及嘉兴市的市场资源、产业基础、区位优势，加速融入并推动长三角经济圈进一步发展。建成后，项目将作为中新嘉善现代产业园中代表性的大规模智能制造及研发项目，提升区域产业集聚度，同时助力产业园进一步践行“以产为主、产城融合”的发展理念，实现生产、生活、生态“三生统筹”的发展目标，建设引领长三角一体化高质量发展的嘉善样本，为当地经济发展打造新的发展增长极。
