智通财经APP讯，大同机械(00118)发布公告，与截至2023年12月31日止年度的综合亏损约5951.5万港元比较，预计集团于截至2024年12月31日止年度将录得未经审核综合溢利不少于1200万港元。由亏转盈的主要原因为于截至2023年12月31日止年度内，出售印刷线路板加工业务的非经常性亏损及印刷线路板贸易业务的商誉账面值的减值亏损分别取得约4615.1万港元及2910万港元。扣除上述非经常性项目后，于截至2024年12月31日止年度的业绩则与去年相若。
