综合多间内媒报道，恒大集团创始人许家印的前妻丁玉梅，要求高等法院澄清有关履行禁制令施加在她身上的义务。
她的律师表示，丁玉梅已收到由清算人寄出逾300封信件，要求提供更多有关其资产的资讯，其法律代表在星期五的审讯中表示，丁玉梅正在要求法院就她必须披露的“具体细节”提供指导。
清算人代表称，丁玉梅仅披露部分全球资产细节，但未包括通过恒大发放分红所得的全部资产，又指其披露并不完整，她只是零碎地提供不同的资讯，他补充，清算人对丁玉梅的做法存在严重不信任。
据悉，恒大的清算人正在向许家印、丁玉梅和恒大前高管等7名被告追讨60亿美元的分红和薪酬，作为试图挽回债权人在这家房地产公司投资损失的一部分。香港和伦敦的法院已于去年7月对丁玉梅发布全球资产冻结禁令。(ca/a)
