澳博控股2024财年博彩净收益268.46亿港元
3月4日，澳博控股（00880）发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的业绩公告。报告显示，博彩净收益为268.46亿港元，较2023年的200.59亿港元增长33.8%。酒店、餐饮、零售、租赁及其他收入也有所增长，达21.86亿港元，同比增长20.4%。经调整EBITDA为37.64亿港元，较2023年的17.27亿港元增长117.9%。在此期间，公司拥有者应占溢利为300万港元，2023年为亏损20.1亿港元。每股基本及摊薄盈利均为0.04港分，去年亏损28.3港分。
管理层指出，业务增长主要得益于博彩市场的复苏，尤其是转码博彩和非转码博彩的强劲表现。此外，上葡京和新葡京两大度假村的经营业绩均有所提升，上葡京的毛收益达到65.8亿港元，而新葡京则为78.39亿港元，均超过去年同期的表现。上葡京的入住率增长至97%，新葡京则达到98.7%，显示出酒店业务的回暖。
在财务报表附注中，值得注意的是，集团的流动资产有所减少，现金及银行结余为32.17亿港元，而负债总额为264.58亿港元。公司并未建议派发末期股息，继续聚焦于未来的业务扩展和财务稳健。总体来看，公司的博彩业务和酒店、餐饮、零售及租赁业务均表现出强劲的增长势头，反映出市场需求的复苏和公司策略的有效性。
