BlackRock's (BLK) acquisition of sole control over Germany-based Vitronet Holding has been approved by the European Commission, the regulator said Tuesday.
The Commission concluded that the deal, which primarily concerns infrastructure construction for water, energy, and telecommunication services, does not raise competition concerns due to the companies' limited market positions.
