据彭博消息，知情人士透露，名创优品正考虑拆分其潮玩品牌TOP TOY并在香港上市，可能将筹集约3亿美元。

TOP TOY官网显示，该潮玩品牌于2020年12月成立，致力于打造全球最大最全的世界级潮玩品牌，搭建与年轻人深度沟通的潮玩体验&消费主场，构建种类最全、艺术&商业价值最高的潮玩平台。

自2020年12月在广州正佳广场开出首家店以来，TOP TOY在全国80多座城市黄金圈迅速扩张；布局北京、上海、广州、深圳、成都等80多座城市，覆盖100多个主要核心商圈。

公开资料显示，名创优品的潮玩品牌TOP TOY主要涵盖盲盒、积木、手办、拼装模型、毛绒玩具等多个品类‌。该品牌通过自有IP开发与联名等方式打造产品，与公司其他业务形成互补‌。

2024年第三季度，TOP TOY总营收达2.7亿元，同比增长超过50%，并已经连续四个季度盈利。截至2024年第三季度末，TOP TOY拥有234家门店，其中新增86家，包括29家直营门店和205家合伙人门店‌。

新浪科技就此求证名创优品，截至发稿官方暂无回应。截至3月4日收盘，名创优品（9896.HK）总市值490亿港元。
