Pegasystems (PEGA) said Monday it has repaid its outstanding 0.75% convertible senior notes due March 1 in full, for a cash payment of $469.6 million.
The company said it used cash on hand to repay the convertible notes and did not issue new debt in connection with the repayment.
The convertible notes were issued in February 2020 for a principal amount of $600 million.
PEGA shares were up 0.8% in recent trading.
