** The renewable energy company names Asaf Alperovitz as chief financial officer, effective immediately
** Alperovitz will succeed Ariel Porat, who took on the role in August last year
** Porat has taken a personal decision to step down - SEDG
** Prior to this, Alperovitz was CFO of Delta Galil, an Israeli textile firm
** Earlier this year, SolarEdge had said it would lay off 400 employees globally, its fourth job-cut announcement in the past 12 months
** Including session moves, shares up 14.26% YTD
