Credit Acceptance Closes $500 Million Notes Offering, Redeems 2026 Notes

Credit Acceptance (CACC) said Friday it closed its offering of $500 million of 6.625% senior notes due 2030 at par of the principal amount in a private offering.

The company also said it completed the redemption of its 6.625% senior notes due 2026.

The firm said it used a portion of the proceeds to fund the redemption and plans to use the balance for general corporate purposes.
