Willis Towers Watson (WTW) said Monday its board has appointed Paul Reilly as nonexecutive chair of the board.
Reilly succeeds Paul Thomas, who intends to retire. He will start in the role following the company's annual general meeting in May.
Reilly has been on the company's board since October 2022 and is currently the executive chair of Raymond James Financial (RJF).
