路透社3月3日 - B.根据周一提交的一份监管文件，莱利金融公司RILY.O的联合创始人兼联席首席执行官布莱恩特-莱利（Bryant Riley）已经暂停了对这家投资银行的私有化收购。
莱利是该银行的最大股东，他去年提出以每股 7 美元的价格收购他目前未持有的剩余股份，交易价值为 2.12 亿美元。
这一不具约束力的私有化要约是在去年该银行与维他命商店所有者 Franchise Group 的关联引起投资者和监管机构关注的动荡局势下提出的。
