港交所(00388.HK) 宣布与负责协助金管局营运债务工具中央结算系统(CMU)的迅清结算有限公司签署合作备忘录，将探索优化香港交易后证券基础设施的举措，以支持本港固定收益及货币产品生态圈的长期发展。
根据合作备忘录，港交所和迅清结算将在多个领域探索合作，包括提升股票类产品和固定收益产品之间的跨资产效率、扩大内地债券作为抵押品的使用、提升香港作为发债中心的地位，以及发展亚洲的国际中央证券托管平台(ICSD)等领域。
港交所集团首席执行官陈翊庭表示，期待与金管局和迅清结算密切合作，推动香港固定收益市场的发展和人民币国际化的进程，提升香港作为国际金融中心、国际风险管理中心和离岸人民币业务中心的地位。
香港金管局总裁及迅清结算董事会主席余伟文指出，双方致力支持香港资本市场发展的共同承诺，是迅清结算成立后加快CMU转型成为亚洲ICSD的关键一步，相信会共同为市场提供更丰富、覆盖更多资产类别的产品。迅清结算负责营运香港的固定收益中央证券托管平台CMU，托管资产达4.8万亿元。(gc/j)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-03-04 12:25。)
