【Marvell公布首款2nm IP验证芯片 采用台积电N2制程】金十数据3月4日讯，Marvell美满电子公布了其首款2nm IP验证芯片。该芯片采用台积电N2制程，是Mavell基于该节点开发定制AI XPU、交换机和其它芯片的基石。Marvell表示其2nm平台可为超大型企业显著提升算力基础设施的性能与效率，从而满足AI时代对这两项参数的需求。此外，Marvell还面向芯粒垂直3D堆叠场景推出了运行速度可达6.4Gbit/s的3D同步双向I/O。对比目前主流的单向互联，该I/O IP实现了更高的带宽密度。
