海底捞要开面包店了，首店位于杭州银泰百货
红星资本局3月4日消息，近日，海底捞(06862.HK)孵化的烘焙品牌SHUA BAKERY在杭州西湖银泰百货打出围挡。围挡显示，产品包括牛角包等，品牌介绍为“海底捞旗下烘焙品牌”。
银泰百货方面告诉红星资本局，这家全国首店的SHUA BAKERY，预计今年五一前开业，店铺位于杭州西湖银泰百货一楼。
红星资本局注意到，2024年8月，海底捞宣布“红石榴计划”，鼓励孵化发展更多的餐饮新品牌。目前已内部孵化焰请烤肉、小嗨火锅、小嗨爱炸炸鸡等子品牌。据海底捞2024年半年报，上半年在营的焰请烤肉等5个创业项目在内的“其他餐厅经营”，上半年营收1.82亿元，同比增长74.35%。
