智通财经APP讯，置富产业信托(00778)公布2024年业绩，总收益按年减少 2.2% 至 17.463亿港元，物业收入净额按年下降3.5%至12.533亿港元，可供分派予基金单位持有人的收益按年下降10.8%至7.234亿港元，每基金单位分派35.59港仙，末期每基金单位分派为 17.36 港仙。
公告称，总收益下降主要乃若干行业的租金调升率取得负增长所致，尽管整体平均出租率有所改善抵销了部分租金损失。
