智通财经APP讯，比亚迪股份(01211)发布公告，公司和配售代理于2025年3月3日订立了配售协议，根据配售协议所列条款并在配售协议所列条件的规限下，公司同意按配售价发行配售股份，而配售代理已分别单独同意作为公司的代理，以按尽力基准促使承配人按配售价购买配售股份。配售股份将根据一般授权配发及发行。公司将根据配售协议所列条款并在配售协议所列条件的规限下，发行公司注册资本中每股面值人民币1.00元的1.3亿股新H股。
配售股份约占经扩大已发行H股数目约10.57%及配售股份配发及发行后经扩大已发行股份总数的约4.27%。每股配售股份的配售价335.2港元较2025年3月3日于联交所所报的收市价每股H股363.6港元折让约7.8%。
假设配售股份全数配售，于扣除佣金和估计费用后，配售所得款项净额预计约为433.83亿港元。配售所得款项净额拟用作集团研发投入、海外业务发展、补充营运资金以及一般企业用途。
