The provider of proprietary and innovative advanced small modular reactor nuclear technology on Monday posted a net loss of $180.3 million compared with a loss of $56.4 million for the same period a year earlier.

Revenue rose to $34.2 million from $4.6 million a year earlier.

NuScale closed the fourth quarter with cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments of $446.7 million, up from $161.7 million at the end of the third quarter.
