智通财经APP讯，瑞安房地产(00272)发布公告，内容关于(其中包括)与平台公司有关的股东协议，其中包括授予国泰君安认沽期权，以向盛甫出售其于平台公司全部股权的条款的相关事宜。于2025年3月5日国泰君安已行使认沽期权，盛甫就购买国泰君安于平台公司所持有全部股权而应支付予国泰君安的金额为人民币3100万元(相当于约3360万港元)(该购买)。该购买完成后，盛甫于平台公司的权益将由49%增加至80%。平台公司将继续入账列为本集团对合营公司的投资。
