SelectQuote (SLQT) said Monday it closed a $350 million investment from funds managed by Bain Capital, Morgan Stanley Private Credit, and Newlight Partners.
The company used $260 million of proceeds to pay down a term loan and has more than $100 million of available liquidity.
As part of the transaction, SelectQuote appointed Chris Wolfe from Bain Capital Insurance and Srdjan Vukovic from Newlight Partners to its board.
