原油价格周一创出年内新低，之前OPEC+宣布将重启部分暂停的生产，这一意外决定可能会加剧预料之中的全球原油供应过剩。

　　WTI原油下跌2%收于略高于每桶68美元的水平，全球基准的布伦特原油跌破72美元。

　　沙特阿拉伯和俄罗斯牵头的OPEC+发布声明称，将在4月把日产量提高13.8万桶。在做出该决定之前，该组织已经三次推迟复产，并且美国总统特朗普也施压希望降低油价。

　　OPEC+的决定颠覆了市场有关该组织将再次推迟增产时间的普遍预期，因为投资者预计今年晚些时候原油将供过于求，并且全球石油消费的需求前景黯淡。

　　4月交割的WTI原油期货下跌2%，结算价报每桶68.27美元。

　　5月布伦特原油下跌1.6%，收于每桶71.62美元。
