Viant Technology (DSP) reported Q4 non-GAAP diluted earnings late Monday of $0.15 per share, up from $0.14 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.21.
Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $90.1 million, up from $64.4 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $52.4 million, if comparable.
The company said it expects Q1 revenue of $65 million to $68 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $38.9 million, if comparable.
Separately, the company said it acquired Lockr, a first-party data collaboration platform. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Viant said Keith Petri will continue to lead Lockr as its chief executive.
Shares of the company fell past 11% in recent after-hours activity.
