【比亚迪股份：拟配售新H股筹资435亿港元】金十数据3月4日讯，比亚迪股份(01211.HK)在港交所公告，董事会宣布，公司和配售代理于2025年3月3日（收市时间后）订立了配售协议， 假设配售股份全数配售，配售所得款项总额预计约为43,509百万港元。配售所得款项净额拟用作本集团研发投入、海外业务发展、补充营运资金以及一般企业用途。配售股份相当于现有已发行1,098,000,000股H股的约11.82%，及于本公告日期已发行股份总数的约4.46%。每股配售股份的配售价335.2港元，折价7.8%。
