Altice USA (ATUS) and Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners-owned Lightpath said Tuesday it has bought fiber-wide area networks provider WANRack's network assets and customers in the Phoenix area.
Financial terms were not provided.
The company said the acquisition includes fiber routes connecting the Goodyear data center ecosystem to metro Phoenix carrier hotels, expanding Lightpath's total network footprint in the region to 363 route miles.
Lightpath also said it plans to complete construction of additional network segments by the end of 2026.
