Reilly succeeds Thomas as non-executive chair at WTW

March 4 - (The Insurer) - WTW has named Paul Reilly to succeed Paul Thomas as its non-executive chair.

Reilly, who will take over following the broker’s annual general meeting in May, has served on the WTW board since 2022.

He served as CEO of investment bank Raymond James Financial from 2010 until this year, when he moved into an executive chair role.

He previously served as executive chair at Korn Ferry International and CEO at KPMG International.

During his time on the WTW board, he has served as a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and the Human Capital and Compensation Committee.

Thomas has served as non-executive chair of WTW since 2022. He served on the Towers Watson board of directors prior to its merger with Willis Group Holdings in 2016.
