Great Eagle Holdings (HKG:0041) reported a core profit attributable to the equity shareholders of HK$1.55 billion for the year ended Dec. 31, a 16.4% decrease compared with HK$1.86 billion in the previous year, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Earnings per share was HK$2.08, compared with HK$2.49 in the prior-year period.
The company's revenue was HK$7.83 billion, a 4.1% increase compared with HK$7.52 billion the previous year.
The board recommended paying a final dividend of HK$0.5 per share, subject to approval.
