中国平安启动2025春季校园招聘 开放金融、医养、科技超2000个岗位 直播、AI成创新亮点
【深圳商报讯】（首席记者谢惠茜）记者近日获悉，中国平安2025年春季校园招聘正式启动。平安集团携手旗下寿险、产险、银行、健康险、证券、科技、平安健康、北大医疗等10余家成员公司，面向全球高校毕业生展开招聘，提供8大类超2000个岗位。值得关注的是，AI成此次招聘创新亮点。
据悉，中国平安本年度春季招聘将通过线上系列直播、线下进校的形式开展，线上直播支持一键投递并借助平安人工智能技术打造AI人岗匹配、AI面试、AI谈薪等新模式，为广大毕业生带来校招新体验，进一步提升招聘效率。
本次春季招聘，中国平安基于“综合金融+医疗养老”双轮并行、科技驱动战略，携手旗下寿险、产险、银行、健康险、证券、科技、平安健康、北大医疗等10余家成员公司，提供涵盖业务类、投融类、科技类、产品类、运营类、职能类等8大类岗位，超过2000个岗位，全面覆盖不同专业背景学生的职业发展路径。
岗位需求方面，本次既有销售、保险精算、财资、内控等金融保险业务岗位，也包括医师、互联网医疗服务等专业岗位，各成员公司也为校招生定制了专门的培养计划，提供复合型成长机会。为配合平安科技、平安健康险等业务发展，本次还开放了大量人工智能、大数据、算法、产品运营等岗位。
本次春招中，中国平安自主研发的“平安人”招聘系统成为一大创新亮点。该平台集成了AI人岗匹配、AI面试、AI谈薪等多项创新，为校招生提供公平公正、便捷高效的招聘体验。
