智通财经APP讯，中国生物科技服务(08037)发布公告，集团预期于截至2024年12月31日止年度将会取得公司拥有人应占亏损净额约1.80亿港元，相比截至2023年12月31日止年度则取得有关亏损净额约9544.7万港元，公司拥有人应占亏损净额大幅增加约8455.3万港元。
董事会认为，2024财政年度亏损净额增加主要归因于：对COVID-19核酸检测的需求减少以及于疫后时代医学实验室检测服务及健康检查服务板块市场竞争加剧导致收入减少;就关闭COVID-19核酸检测设施而一次性撇销物业、厂房及设备以及存货分别约1616.9万港元及508.9万港元;由于位于中国海南的硼中子俘获治疗项目于2024年十月受台风影响，导致撇销物业、厂房及设备的一次性亏损约2598.8万港元;于2022年发行的可转换债券一次性递延亏损约为2699.3万港元;嵌合抗原受体T细胞分部的研究及开发成本增加约426.8万港元;就一般营运资金及硼中子俘获治疗项目新增银行及其他借款导致融资成本增加约634.3万港元。
