时代电气核心技术人员调整变动
3月3日，时代电气（688187/03898）发布公告，核心技术人员发生变动。朱红军、吕阳、刘良杰和张敏因工作岗位调整不再被认定为核心技术人员，已完成工作交接，仍在公司任职。同时，新增吴庆立、郑华雄、成正林和李程为核心技术人员。此次调整是基于职责划分的需要，公司表示此变动不会对技术研发和生产经营产生不利影响。
截至公告披露日，公司核心技术人员共9人，变动前包括王业流、朱红军、张东方、吕阳、刘良杰、张定华、张敏、窦泽春、漆宇，变动后为王业流、张东方、张定华、窦泽春、漆宇、吴庆立、郑华雄、成正林、李程。公司拥有扎实的高学历人才基础，研发团队结构完整，能够支持未来的核心技术持续研发。
2024年前三季度，时代电气实现收入162.56亿元，归母净利润25.01亿元。
