智通财经APP讯，深圳国际(00152)发布公告，本集团预期于截至2024年12月31日止年度(本年度)的股东应占盈利将约28亿港元至31亿港元，较2023年上升约53%至63%。2023年，本集团股东应占盈利为约19.02亿港元。股东应占盈利预期增加主要是由于本集团因深国际华南物流园转型升级项目确认土地置换税后收益约23亿港元;本集团成功将两个物流港项目置入公募REIT，录得税后收益约5.87亿港元;以及本集团主动优化借贷货币结构，汇兑损失大幅减少。
