丘钛科技完成新巨科技私募配售 持股增至41.8%
3月3日，丘钛科技（01478）发布公告，宣布其参与新巨科技的私募配售已于2025年3月3日完成。此次配售共发行2000万股，最终配售价格为每股新台币22.16元。此次配售后，公司的持股比例将达到新巨科技已发行普通股总数的41.8%，相较于私募配售前的持股比例有显著提升。
董事会认为，参与此次私募配售将有助于公司在智能视觉系统领域的垂直链条整合，进一步推动新巨科技在智能手机、AR/VR和IoT等领域的镜头能力提升。尽管受股价变动影响，最终配售价格较初定价格高出约5.50%，董事会仍决定按最终配售价格进行认购，以符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
