智通财经APP讯，伊登软件(01147)公布，该集团子公司深圳市伊登软件有限公司(深圳伊登)近日获得了中华人民共和国工业和信息化部(工信部)增值电信业务(仅限互联网信息服务)经营试点资质(ICP许可证)的批复，本次批复为工信部首次向外资企业发放增值电信业务资质。依照批复内容，深圳伊登可开展增值电信业务如提供互联网信息服务。
该集团已具备开展互联网数据服务、信息处理与算法训练的合规基础，可合法获取并处理多模态训练数据资源，完成大模型备案。该集团未来将依托新获批的ICP许可证，整合在人工智能(AI)、大数据等领域的技术积累，训练支持多场景落地的行业大模型，重点突破智慧办公、数字营销(生图)、智慧教育等垂直领域。在此基础上，公司不仅将深化对企业服务(ToB)市场的渗透，更将战略性地拓展至消费者服务(ToC)市场，实现业务版图的全面升级与拓展。同时，积极投身参与制造、零售、金融等领域的数智化转型项目。
公告称，获得ICP许可证经营试点批复是集团“AI+DATA”核心战略深入实施的关键一步。未来，集团将以更加开放的姿态，积极与行业深度融合，与战略合作伙伴构建开放技术生态，共同探索AI与大数据赋能实体经济的新模式、新路径，以AI+数据驱动创新，强化合规安全体系，务求成为AI赋能实体经济的技术领跑者。
