Reddit (RDDT) co-founder Alexis Ohanian has joined Frank McCourt's effort to purchase TikTok's US operations as a strategic adviser with expertise in social media, Reuters reported Monday.
McCourt said Ohanian will help bring awareness to the Project Liberty bid which seeks to acquire the US assets of TikTok and use technology that allows users to control and manage their data on the platform, according to the news outlet.
