安德利2024年度日常关联交易超出预计金额168万元
3月3日，安德利（605198/02218）发布公告，关于确认2024年度日常关联交易超出预计部分的情况。公司与关联方烟台亿通生物能源有限公司的日常关联交易实际发生金额为3168万元，超出预计金额168万元，预计金额为3000万元，超出部分占同类业务比例为2.59%。
超出原因主要为：2024年上半年，果农在冷库储存的苹果出现卖果难的现象，同时海外需求有所增加，公司根据已有订单积极组织生产，在兼顾出口量及增加营业收入的同时，有力解决了果农卖果难的问题，进而也造成了本公司蒸汽及电的耗用量上涨较多；第四季度烟台和阿克苏地区原料果的供应量增加且相比其他苹果产区更具有价格优势，公司借机增加了生产，造成实际生产量比计划高。所以本公司向烟台亿通及其子公司购买的蒸气及电力的使用量也比预计有所增加。
2024年前三季度，安德利实现收入10.25亿元，归母净利润1.98亿元。
