滨海投资(02886.HK) 宣布，旗下全资附属滨投天津与天津华德智慧就合同能源管理、节能技术改造、能源管理系统平台搭建等能源管理服务领域订立战略合作协议。
根据合作协议，双方在中国开展合同能源管理、节能技术改造、能源管理系统平台搭建等领域的战略合作，重点围绕学校、医院、政府行政大楼等公共机构在综合能源服务领域展开全面、深入的合作。双方将积极探讨合资公司、合资子公司等合作形式，充分发挥各自的资源优势，共同推进项目的落地和实施，提升品牌影响力和市场占有率。(ca/u)
