兴证国际附属公司认购淄博市债券5000万元
3月3日，兴证国际（06058）发布公告，公司间接全资附属公司CISI Investment于2025年2月28日确认认购由淄博市城市资产运营集团有限公司发行的债券，总认购金额为5000万元（约5330万港元），代价同样为5000万元，不包括交易成本。
根据上市规则第14.07条，认购事项的适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，构成公司须予披露交易，且获豁免遵守股东批准的规定。
此次认购的债券本金总额为7.32亿元，固定年利率为5.8%，发行日期为2025年3月7日，到期日为2028年3月7日。该债券将构成发行人的直接、一般、非次级、无条件和无担保义务，并且在法律规定的范围内享有平等待遇。公司董事认为，此次认购符合公司的投资策略，有助于拓宽收入来源并为股东带来稳定回报。
