Dynamic Holdings (HKG:0029) incurred an attributable loss of HK$42.2 million for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2024, compared with an attributable profit of HK$5.37 billion in the year-ago period, a Feb. 28 filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

Basic loss per share in the interim period was HK$0.1775, whereas the company had made earnings per share of HK$22.573 in the corresponding period of the last fiscal year.

The property developer's revenue fell by 12% to HK$33.8 million in the first fiscal half from HK$38.3 million a year prior, due mainly to a lower rental income from its investment properties in mainland China.

The company has declared an interim dividend of HK$0.005 per share, payable to shareholders of record on April 3.
