智通财经APP讯，兴证国际(06058)发布公告，本公司间接全资附属公司CISI Investment于2025年2月28日(交易时段后)经兴证国际证券(作为牵头经办人之一)与其他牵头经办人认购发行人发售的债券，有关指令已于2025年2月28日(交易时段后)获确认，及CISI Investment获分配认购总额为人民币 5000万元(相当于约5329.5万港元)的债券，代价为人民币5000万元(相当于约 5329.5万港元)，不包括交易成本。
