汽车行业史上最大，比亚迪完成超430亿港元H股闪电配售
IT之家 3 月 4 日消息，比亚迪股份昨日在港交所公告，已与配售代理订立配售协议，根据协议，比亚迪将按配售价发行配售股份。假设配售股份全数配售，配售所得款项总额预计约为 435.09 亿港元，扣除佣金和估计费用后，配售所得款项净额预计约为 433.83 亿港元（IT之家备注：当前约 406.88 亿元人民币）。每股配售股份的配售价 335.2 港元（当前约 314 元人民币）。
这是过去十年全球汽车行业规模最大的股权再融资项目、全球汽车行业有史以来规模最大的闪电配售项目、香港市场有史以来规模第二大的闪电配售项目以及香港市场工业领域有史以来规模最大的闪电配售项目。
比亚迪股份公告称，配售所得款项净额拟用作集团研发投入、海外业务发展、补充营运资金以及一般企业用途。
本次比亚迪配售股份相当于现有已发行 10.98 亿股 H 股的约 11.82%，及截至公告日期已发行股份总数的约 4.46%。
阿联酋 Al-Futtaim 家族办公室以战略投资者的身份参与本次配售。未来，比亚迪与 Al-Futtaim 将在新能源汽车等领域深化协作，双方以区域合作为基点，共同探索进一步的增长机遇和协同效应。
比亚迪 2024 年第三季度营收 2011.25 亿元同比增长 24.04%，作为电动汽车公司首次超过特斯拉。比亚迪汽车 2025 年 2 月销售 322846 辆，同比增长 164%。
