Keppel Infrastructure Trust (SGX:A7RU) has completed the fifth and final closing of its acquisition of a majority stake in Germany's Enpal Green Future Holding and Enpal Green Solutions Holding, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The transaction, executed through a joint venture with Equitix, included amendments to an existing vendor loan with Enpal to adjust the internal rate of return and yield guarantees.
Following the acquisition, Keppel Infrastructure Trust's pro forma funds from operations for 2024 increased 16.9% to SG$300.9 million.
