智通财经APP讯，中信银行(00998)发布公告，中信转债自2019年9月11日进入转股期，截至2025年3月3日，累计共有人民币399.43亿元中信转债已转为该行A股普通股，累计转股股数为67.10亿股，占中信转债转股前该行已发行普通股股份总额的13.71%;未转股的中信转债余额为人民币5685.1万元，占中信转债发行总量的比例为0.14%。
2025年1月1日至2025年3月3日，共有69.77亿元的“中信转债”转换为该行A股普通股，转股股数为12.48亿股。
公告称，中信转债于2025年2月27日开始停止交易，2025年2月26日为最后交易日，2025年3月3日为最后转股日。自2025年3月4日起，中信转债在上交所摘牌。
根据中登上海分公司提供的数据，中信转债到期兑付情况如下：到期兑付数量为56.85万张;到期兑付总金额人民币6310.46万元;兑付资金发放日为2025年3月4日。
