　　工商银行（01398）公布，该行2025年二级资本债券（第一期）（债券通）已于近日在全国银行间债券市场发行完毕。本期债券发行规模为人民币500亿元，品种为10年期固定利率债券，在第5年末附有条件的发行人赎回权，票面利率为2.05%。

　　本期债券募集资金在扣除发行费用后，将依据适用法律和监管部门的批准，补充该行的二级资本。
