比亚迪(01211.HK) 昨日(3日)收市后配售近1.3亿股H股新股，配售价每股335.2元，筹集56亿美元，料为过去十年全球汽车行业中规模最大的股权再融资项目，以及全球汽车行业有史以来规模最大的闪电配售项目。
是次配售吸引到顶级长线、主权基金、中东战略投资人在内的投资者参与，获多倍超购，并引入阿联酋Al-Futtaim家族办公室作为战略投资者。比亚迪表示，未来将与Al-Futtaim企业集团以区域合作为基点，在现有合作基础上加强在新能源汽车等领域的协作。
