Odaily星球日报讯 Coinbase 已根据《信息自由法案》（FOIA）,以调查 SEC 在对加密行业执法行动中的支出。 Coinbase 首席法务官 Paul Grewal 在 3 月 3 日的 X 平台声明中表示，该请求涵盖 2021 年 4 月 17 日至 2025 年 1 月 20 日期间 SEC 对加密公司的调查和执法行动，包括涉及的员工数量、外部承包商使用情况及整体成本。 Grewal 指出，SEC 此前的“通过执法进行监管”策略损害了美国的创新、全球领导地位和就业，Coinbase 希望进一步了解 SEC 加密资产与网络部门的预算及成本情况。 在前 SEC 主席 Gary Gensler 任期内，SEC 对加密行业采取强硬监管立场，发起超 100 起执法行动。Gensler 已于 1 月 20 日卸任，SEC 近期已撤销多起针对加密公司的诉讼，包括 2 月 27 日对 Coinbase 的诉讼、3 月 3 日对 Kraken 的诉讼，以及此前对 Yuga Labs 和 Gemini 的诉讼等。（Cointelegraph）
