消息面上，2月28日，高鑫零售发布公告，宣布了一系列董事会成员的变更。公告中提到，黄明端将辞任董事会主席职务，秦跃红、韩鎏已辞任非执行董事。华裕能将获委任为董事会主席等职务。据悉，高鑫零售及要约人ParagonShineLimited联合公布，买卖协议交割已于2025年2月27日完成。
华泰证券此前指出，2024年以来，伴随新管理层策略调整，高鑫零售经营转型取得成效，1HFY25实现同比扭亏，M会员店、中超等新业态拓展持续推进。本次股权交易买方为资深另类资产管理机构，具备丰富消费品行业投资经验，或助力公司经营调优更进一步，关注后续进展。
