消息面上，百威亚太近期公布业绩，2024财政年度收入62.46亿美元，按年内生减少7%，或按呈报基准计减少8.9%；股东应占溢利7.26亿美元，或按呈报基准计按年跌14.8%。2024年销量84.8亿升啤酒，按年内生减少8.8%，或按呈报基准计减少8.6%。董事会已建议派付7.5亿美元股息或每股5.66美仙，较上一年增加7%。
光大证券指出，25年4月1日起，中国籍程衍俊将成为百威亚太的新任首席执行官兼联合主席；在华高管团队也进行了系列人事调整，显示出公司对中国业务调整的决心，2025年中国团队的首要任务就是实现市场份额的增长。此外，公司董事会建议就2024年财务年度派发股息7.5亿美元，同比增加7%；2024年派息率提升至103%，尽管24年公司利润同比下滑，但股息和股息率同比提升，彰显公司发展信心。
