【大摩：料香港零售额全年仍为负增长 较偏好领展】金十数据3月4日讯，大摩发表报告指，本港1月零售额跌3.2%，符合市场预期按年下跌5%，受惠于农历新年提早。奢侈品销售仍然疲弱。该行预期2月零售额将按年下跌8%，首两月料按年跌6%。报告指，九龙仓置业(01997.HK) 、领展(00823.HK)及希慎(00014.HK)等有零售敞口的股份去年表现跑输恒指42至43个百分点，相信有关情况将于今年持续，料跑输1至12个百分点。本港零售已连续11个月负增长。该行预计今年零售仍为负增长，显示相关股份将持续受压。而相对于零售及写字楼业主股，该行较偏好住宅发展商股；另偏好领展(00823.HK) 认为其盈利和股息前景较稳定，评级“增持”。
